HTML logs: box with filters

In the HTML output, show a filtering checkbox that allows for filtering in/out certain log levels.

I think this would require quite a bit of javascript and we should postpone the feature for later.

yep, later today I will scan all open issue in 0.3.1 and move forward if needed. Basically 0.3.1 should be focusing on - Pricefeed service - Major bug fixes if needed
