TradeInterface : Abstract class vs Interface

We should re-design the interface by adding an Abstract class with common variables and method that are repeated in every exchange

This is very delicate and requires a deep knowledge of all wrappers. They all have small differences that are hard to spot, despite they look similar. Please consult with me and @mj2p
