Problem pricing with a SELL side bot and DUAL bot on the same pair

This just happened on Poloniex: both custodians were using same price feeds and same price offset .

I don't remember. It is probably due to the same reason we were discussing on #11 , aka different bots picking up different prices . Fixing #11 will probably adjust this also
