Adapt the bot strategy according to the pair

The pair must be taken into account by the bot when taking decisions : USD, EUR and BTC strategy must differ. (peg, fiat, crypto)

    For USD pairs, the Strategy doesn't not take into account parametric orderbook. So, we only need to differentiate high volatility pairs (BTC) from low volatility (EUR..)

    Differences are in :

    • shift triggers (already taken care of)

    • reset triggers (already taken care of)

    • replenish triggers (TODO)
