FR: plugin page/bank on MCU follows touched FX parameters from Reaper (optionally)

Summary: When the MCU is in plugin mode and a parameter of the currently controlled FX GUI is moved with the mouse in Reaper, the displayed FX page/bank on the MCU automatically switches to display the plugin's bank/page which contains this parameter..

Benefit: In addition to the mapping editor this would give another possibility for quickly having a plugin parameter controllable on the MCU . Say I have a synth which I only use once in a while so I haven't done a mapping via the mapping editor yet. Now I just want to control eg cutoff via the MCU for automation. Either I could open the mapping editor and start mapping, or switch plugin bank/page until I find the correct parameter or – with this new suggested mode – simply move the cutoff knob on the synth GUI and the MCU would switch automatically to the correct bank/page where this parameter is contained – instant availability which is imo quite convinient for 'rare uses' like this.
