Automated curve of growth flux integration

As an alternative to the current automatic flux measurement we should have an automated curve of growth measurement.

I could envision the algorithm to work as follows:

1. Extract a small aperture spectrum on the position of the source.
2. Perform a spectral curve of growth starting from the peak (or central moment) of the emission line. Saturation points then define the bandwidth of a narrow band image.
3. Perform the radial curve of growth in the narrow band image.
