#Robot Invaders

About

Five years ago reports of alien abduction in villages across our world came to light. Iron Defenders were built by our top scientists in order to try and combat this threat. In response, the robot invaders have increased their ground forces in an attempt to overwhelm our defenses.

The invaders at times have been known to capture and brainwash villagers. These villagers can be brought back to their senses by weakening them and providing them some golden fruit.

It has been suggested by some conspiracy theorists that the invaders originally came to our world looking for a supply of oil. Evidence for this theory potentially exists in the fact that the invaders can often be heard at a distance due to the squeaking of their mechanical joints.

It has been observed that the invaders have an affinity for expired dog food, as supported by them often dropping such upon death. It may be that they are carrying such in an attempt to help protect their archery-trained brethren.

#Prime Invader

About

There have been rare sightings of what appear to be massive robot invaders. These so-called 'Prime Invaders' are believed to be some sort of high-ranking military troop leader for the invasion ground forces.

In Battle

The Prime Invaders are powerful and well-armored. Often their only weak points are their legs. They are capable of throwing their enemies far into the air. Using technology stolen from the Nyans, they are also capable of causing localized lightning strikes. Due to their massive stride, the Prime Invaders are able to cover ground very quickly, easily overtaking those fleeing on foot.

Upon Defeat

The Prime Invaders seem to have been tasked with overseeing the collection of rare minerals from our world. As such, they have been reported to drop entire blocks of valuable minerals upon defeat. Occasionally, they will also drop sizable quantities of cooked steak, which they carry as rations for the troops in their charge.

#Ingo the Great (*)

About

Very little is known of Ingo. He is purported to have been in some way involved in the creation of nanite technology(*). It is suggested that there is some link between him and the invading robot forces, although this has to date been mere speculation.

At one point Ingo allowed himself to be captured so as to gain access to the Nether and its portal technology. Due to the incredible power of nanite technology he was easily able to make an escape.

In Battle

Ingo prefers to utilize his nanite armor to make him nearly invisible. The axe he wields is rumored to be one of the last remaining 'gifts' from the 'Founders,' a race of humans living long ago on another world.

Upon Defeat

Beware...this has never been successful...

#Mutant Jaguarundi

About

These cats have been captured by the invading robot army and infused with nanite technology(*). As a result, their natural capabilities of tracking and strength have been greatly enhanced. It is believed that the nanites in their bloodstream can communicate with other jaguarundi in the area or even with a controller at a remote location, but this has never as yet been proven scientifically.

In Battle

The jaguarundi can sense a target long before seeing them, perhaps obtaining its whereabouts from other jaguarundi in the area via the potential quantum link between nanite hosts. The jaguarundi will attempt to silently stalk the target and get close enough to bite or slash it. It has been reported that from examining the few jaguarundi who have been defeated that the nanites in their bodies generate a strong covering over their claws, resulting in a very strong and sharp surface.

Upon Defeat

Attack Claw -- When the mutant jaguarundi dies the nanites in it may freeze in their current shape. This often results in the jaguarundi leaving behind one of the claw-overlays formed out of nanites. This hand-held weapon is very fast and can be used to increase the items dropped by those it is used to defeat. Although this weapon is quite durable the nanites will eventually decay entirely and thereby render the weapon useless.

#Nyan Knights

About

Many centuries ago a race of cat-people lived in this world. They coexisted peacefully with humans, but eventually faced a dire situation: they had exhausted the world's supply of clumping cat litter. Faced with this terrible cataclysm their leader the Nyan King led them in search of a home with an endless supply of litter. They discovered the Nether and its copious amount of sand and quickly decided to make that their home.

Shortly after arriving in the Nether, their king organized a royal order of Nyan Knights, so as to protect his cat-people from any dangers they may find in their new home. To this day the Nyan Knights are raised from infancy as sword-bearing defenders of their king.

In Battle

Nyan Knights are a close-knit order. As such they will come to the aid of any fellow soldiers who may be under attack. Though not particularly strong on their own, the strength they hold in numbers can often overwhelm any opposition.

#Nyan King

About

Many years ago the Nether was a peaceful place. The Nyan King and his Nyan Knights maintained order. Recently, however, the robot invaders have attempted to take control of the Nether in order to use it in their efforts to conquer our world. The Nyan King has declared martial law and has instructed his troops to repel any intruders.

In Battle

As a cat-person, the Nyan King occasionally gets a hairball or two when he gets excited, or when his food is changed too frequently. The Nyan King also fires missiles occasionally, which will provide him with a bit of a health boost if they hit an intruder.

The Nyan scientists have devised a hand-held weapon called the 'Thunder Claw' which can channel the power of lightning into the Nether. This weapon contains a great deal of power but has a very limited range, so he often relies upon it only in close combat.

The Nyan scientists have developed a special type of teleportation underwear exclusively for the Nyan King. He has been known to utilize this in battle in order to avoid danger or surprise his enemies.

Upon Defeat

Thunder Claw -- This item may be dropped. Due to its great power it has a rather limited durability.

#Pop Sheep, Boom Sheep, Nuke Sheep

About

It has been noted that on occasion robot invaders will abduct farm animals in addition to their standard penchant for villagers. To attempt to come up with a way to scuttle their efforts, scientists have genetically engineered certain sheep to contain highly volatile explosives, to be detonated at the slightest combat.

There are three variations of explosive ovine. Pop Sheep are green, and will cause a localized explosion. Boom Sheep are yellow, causing a slightly larger and incendiary blast. Nuke Sheep are the most dangerous, causing a wide-spread, highly destructive blast.

These are truly sheep, and can be sheared for their wool. It is recommended that only those with a very steady hand attempt to do so, however.

#Bi-polar Bear

About

With the inability to successfully breed genetically engineered sheep in the colder regions of our world, scientists have devised a tundra-based, weaponized polar bear to attempt to combat the robot invaders residing there. These bears have an inborn resistance to fire, as well as the ability to create defensive ice walls. Scientists achieved this feat by grafting 'Polar Claw' devices into the claws of the bear. These devices are able to harness the pervasive moisture in the surrounding air and form it into frost. The device also contains a short-range ignitor which can set an opponent ablaze.

In Battle

The bears will attempt to defend themselves by encasing attackers in walls of breakable ice. In addition, they may coat the ground in a temporary layer of ice. On close combat the bears can will attempt to activate the short-range ignitor in their embedded weaponry so as to set their target on fire.

Upon Defeat

Polar Claw -- A defeated bear may drop one of its Polar Claw weapons, which can be collected and utilized by their assailant. The Polar Claw simultaneously harnesses moisture in the air to encase opponents in ice and set them on fire. Due to the wear and tear from these opposing forces the weapon itself does not last exceptionally long.
