linux appimage missing lib

i am in manjaro distro (kde desktop)
preference -> terminal path -> "konsole --hold" ## keep window open

without "use console launcher to run program"
console programs run fine
with "use console launcher to run program"
console programs not runs with error: "/tmp/.mount_poseidPjxplm/usr/bin/consoleLauncher: error while loading shared libraries: libtinfo.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
