PoseidonFB.exe - Application Error

I cant get this to run on 2 of my win 8.1 machines:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0c000007b). Click the OK to close the application.

If this is a .net issue related to the D language or something, then I more than likely wont use your application, even though I think it is a good app. If this is a simple fix, than thats cool. I take issue with anything related with .net and its runtimes, thats all. thank you.

I used virtualbox to emu Windows 8.1, but I couldn't reproduce the issue.... Do you install the msvcrt100.dll (x86)?
