Javascript prompts are ugly

Whenever you are confirming to reserve/buy cards or take gems, you are presented with an ugly javascript confirm dialog.

We should build a separate confirm modal that looks better and is animated and such, like the others.

We should also eliminate the javascript prompt controls when starting a new game.

Javascript prompts also making testing difficult.
