End Game is not working

I just finished a game with a 15-15 tie. Player1 had 15 with 19 cards, player2 with only 18 cards. Player2 should win).

The game should have ended right here somehow. Instead, it switched players (without the animation), and the game is continuing on. The end game checks need to work correctly.

Fixed the tie scenario. It now ends the game correctly.
