ads keep coming back

Hello,

Ive done the process carefully and the ads go away. But once I uninstall calculator after next few days the ads return. I did experiment where I left the calculator app with me for past 3 months but the issue still persist with the ads coming back after uninstalling the calculator..I never had an issue with this until Google oreo update. I had no ads work before..I'm running a pixel 2
