Spanish catalogs not showing

When you add a spanish language site from public repo, it doesn't show in the catalog list. I've checked that I have spanish language selected in the options, but everytime the app says "You have 1 filtered sites by language!"

Where are problems with this option, will be fixed in next beta-update 3.1.1.8
