Folder location changed after updating to latest 3.1.3.8

Issue #388 wontfix
Former user created an issue

Folder location changed after updating to latest 3.1.3.8. All previously downloaded manga (previous app folder library) cannot be displayed in library. Had to revert to 3.1.3.4 to list back mange in library. Unable to select the previous folder in 3.1.3.8

In some cases, main folder may be changed, we dont know in which cases. You can help as with it. Where your old folder was placed? Send us logs from older app and then new app. You can do it by long click on Settings - About - Changelog

Current solution is move all from old directory to new directory. In most cases its in /storage/Android/data/org.mangawater2/files/MangaWatcherX

Personally I dun think that will work cos the database contains the folder path of all the downloaded manga chapters. Even if I did try to shift my 100GB of downloaded manga files to new location after installing the new verison, the database will not be updated and this will only works for new manga downloads. Hence this is still not a viable solution.

If an application upgrade caused a change in folder location, the application should be able to migrate the data to new folder and even update the database to accommodate such changes. If it can't be done, why change the folder location in first place? This is a breakage of app and not backwards compatible.

This is unpredictable problem, in most cases main folder was not changed.

After analysing this, I think what this app need move main folder feature, because in near future this folder was not to have permission to write. Its in develop.
