Akarui Avenue - Main level needs an aesthetical overhaul

I'm not a fan of how this level looks in the surface area. I'd probably go ahead and make the background a normal japanese sunrise instead of just making it look dull and green, and perhaps revamp a little bit of the graphics and decoration so it doesn't look like a huge mess and actually looks and feels like a sakura tree forest.
