Digsite Dangers - Cape spinning makes the ground pass through

This appears to be intentional, since on of the toads mentions it, but why is this a thing?

Yeah, every stone block here is actually the custom block 324Disengage.asm , which makes Mario fall inside when spinning with the cape while standing on or near them. I see absolutely no reason for this. The level would be too easy with the cape? No, that’s not really the case. The archeologist Toad in question says “…mushrooms only. We don’t wanna break anything that could be valuable!”, which still doesn’t give a good reason for it.

This can be resolved fairly easily by just removing the block from the game altogether and making the stones behave like cement blocks/tile 130; though I don’t know if 324Disengage is used in other levels, so this might not be the immediate solution if that is the case.

So, I think it does this because it wants all the blocks to be passthrough while you are sinking in the sand, and it uses the cape spin flag as the sinking flag for some unknown reason. I think we should just change the RAM used for this flag.
