The sole enemy types in this level are koopas, regular chucks and piranha plants. It feels less engaging than other levels in world 1 which generally use at least some other sprite or gimmick among the generic ones (lakitu in plateau pumps, cave enemies in hiker's hollow, on/off blocks in switch scamper, valves and spinies in velocity valves) to keep things interesting. it doesn't really have anything to make it stand out from the other world 1 levels besides that unfortunate tileset.
