MISC - World 3 Pitchin Chuck overuse

the only levels in world 3 that don't use pitchin chucks are Akarui Avenue and Togepuku Tussle. i feel like some of their appearances could be swapped out for the akarui archers or some other projectile enemy, and the ones at the end of Shenmi Frica-Sea could probably be ditched outright because they don't show up anywhere else in the level
