Radiatus Ruins - Old spiny gfx

Dr. Tapeworm the Horrible Thing created an issue

the sp4 graphics used in radiatus ruins (ExGFX19E) use these smb3-esque spiny graphics. a few other levels use inconsistent spiny graphics (the Angery ones) but i don't remember which at the moment

aerotext.png Aerotastic Assault also uses these spiny graphics in ExGFX1B9
