Jewel Jubilation - Secret exit pipe hard to find

The pipe leading to the secret exit (screen 0x09) has no indication that the cement block act like a pipe. No coins, no hints, nothing. I don't know how to fix this without changing the position.

    I can't even figure out how to reach it without a cape, which is not provided in the level.
