Fantastic Elastic - Inner blocks make you bounce

inner blocks should probably not make you bounce.. otherwise if enemies get stuck in the ground they'll bounce forever (ie by getting hit by cape)

    This could be fixed by applying a patch that doesn't allow dead things to interact with objects.
