how to generate taxonomy abundance table

hello,thanks for your awesome work that helps me a lot! but I want to know how can I get relative abundance table from the results. When I use the vContact2 to output the taxonomy information, I can only get which VC belong to which taxon, but I still want to get which contigs are belong to one VC.only by that way,I can use my read mapping result to generate taxonomy abundance table.
