Conda dependencies

Hi, thanks for the software! I’m using vcontact2 via conda and have (re)discovered several issues with the dependencies:

• versioning of pandas and numpy should be corrected as per this issues
• the c1-bin argument is redundant as there is a dedicated conda package
• mcl is a required dependency but it is not installed as one

The ClusterONE was a bit of a surprise as it didn’t exist until “recently.” Thanks for bringing it to our attention. We’ll look into the versioning. Both setup.py and the Singularity file should reflect changes mentioned as per the linked issue.
