Which database and taxonomy does the parameter "ProkaryoticViralRefSeq207-Merged" mean? Does it mean that use "NCBI Bacterial and Archaeal Viral RefSeq V207 with ICTV + NCBI taxonomy"?

"ProkaryoticViralRefSeq207-Merged" is referring to the NCBI Bacterial and Archaeal Viral RefSeq V207 with ICTV + NCBI taxonomy. To create this database, we used NCBI viral refseq (the protein sequences + their taxonomic information), that contains only bacterial and archaeal viruses. Then, we added the ICTV taxonomy to the NCBI taxonomy/sequences.
