Genome has 27 connections in a network, but still is an outlier

Hi, is it expected some genomes can be linked to a plenty of other genomes in NTW file and still be outliers according to genome_by_genome_overview file?

In my dataset, the example outlier is KU848187.1 with 27 unique connections.

The vContact2 version was 0.11.3.
