    Fixed #18 - Ordering subqueries is prevented due to MSSQL limitation.

    This change assumes that the 'with_col_aliases' SQLCompiler.as_sql is always used to mean that the query is a sub-query. This is currently true for the core as of Django 1.5 trunk.
