Upgrade or Compatibility with Bamboo 8.0+

We are planning to upgrade our Bamboo version to 8. This plugin gave a notification that it would not be compatible with it. Is it possible to get a heads-up on if this plugin will be upgraded in the future?

the plugin will be made compatible with Bamboo8, I will check for the necessary updates next Tuesday and will come back with additional information (ETA) asap.

I have just done my checks and can say: The plugin works fine using Bamboo8, without any change. I updated the compatibility info for the plugin in the Atlassian marketplace, you should be able to update to Bamboo8 regarding the plugin.
