This was meant for week-of-code. Probably won't hurt over in lcaperf. Switching back from CellLeftEdge[dim][0] to GridLeftEdge[dim] when calculating SubGridExtra[dim]. This was last switched on April 13th in 01c3404f5691, which seems to cause vertical and horizontal "crosses" in parallel nested cosmology simulations, and may affect other simulations as well.

Getting rid of a couple small memory leaks.

Fixed memory leak from creating temperature field for inline yt. This involved created a pointer in grid.h to store a temporary temperature field. Perhaps a more elegant solution can implemented later as more fields like this will probably be needed in the future.

Bringing functionality back to SedovBlast, which now mimics the behavior from 976995537ae0, and has all of the fixed radius stuff in the source, but commented out. Before this change the blast was not being initialized.

First pass at removing simple cosmic ray implementation. This separates the shock finding from the cosmic rays. Removes CRDensity from typedefs.h. Cleans up FieldTypeNoInterpolate. More changes/updates to come to the shocks.
