Adding ProtostellarCollapse_Std to the list of ignored tests. The results it is giving are nonsensical and it needs to be redesigned/updated.

Updating the documentation for the testing suite to remove out references to ./make_new_tests.py and add in documentation on using the --tolerance, --bitwise, and --strict flags.
Cameron Hummels avatarCameron Hummels
Moving make_new_tests.py functionality into test_runner.py in testing suite.

In test suite, changing --threshold flag to --strict, and adding explicit --bitwise and --tolerance flags which trump --strict.
Cameron Hummels avatarCameron Hummels
Adding in support for passing testing tolerances and bitwise comparisons to be passed through to the nose tester.
Cameron Hummels avatarCameron Hummels
Adding an entry in .hgignore to ignore the standard test files added when one runs ./make_new_test.py so it doesn't clutter the repo when testing.

Merging in from tip to fortran precision work.
Daniel Reynolds avatarDaniel Reynolds
Final fixes to the fortran precision handling. Much of it was the specification of hard-coded constants to fortran functions, so the call-by-reference resulted in single-precision values being treated as double-precision inputs.
Daniel Reynolds avatarDaniel Reynolds
removed fortran precision compiler flags from machine makefiles.

Updates to fortran precision handling. I've narrowed the problem to the integer precision handling (real numbers seem to be doing fine), but I'm a bit stuck on how to proceed.

removed HeI_kph and HeII_kph from scripts.py in PhotonShadowing test (since they're empty).
