[svn r78] fixes for namespace. added recompilation module. not super-useful yet. but you just wait... it WILL BE! (the long-term plan here is to add a 'waf' script to the enzo source distribution, then integrate waf with yt, which will let us just output to the nearest directory, etc.) but, for reference, here is a sample. in my ~/.yt/config i have: [yt] enzo_source_tree: /u/ki/mturk/Research/enzo and then if i run: fr…

[svn r77] Fixed a bug in volume derived field. Previously it would give you an array with n^2 elements... not quite what you want to calculate.

[svn r74] added addNewEnzoProj to the plot type. It still defaults to the old type. The new one passed the tests I threw at it, but if someone else could test it, too, that would be super-awesome. :-)

[svn r67] Added interactive prompt. This will all be installed in /usr/work/mturk/local tomorrow after I present on it; for now, if you want to be an Early Adopter, it's in /usr/work/mturk/local-testing/ . The commands: ffetch frevert fimport fdigup fbranch fido should all be available in that directory. fido will give an interactive shell, as will ffetch (although if you have not fimport'd your existing runs, ffetch will be woefully lame.)

[svn r66] stupid little fetching script. fetches a run, tosses you back to the prompt with that run set to myRun, and instantiated with EnzoParameterFiles. you have to use myRun.promoteType(INDEX) before you can use most of the functions on that, though. i think soon i'll set up a __getitem__ to the EnzoRun datatype, where you can feed it the basename of the parameter file. really, though, the next step is to have an interactive menu presented to the user that selects the parame…

[svn r59] new fido API passes in an EnzoHierarchy rather than a path & basename. this example has been updated to reflect that. NOTE THAT THIS HAS NOT BEEN DEPLOYED! I am now testing YT in /usr/wok/mturk/local-testing before I toss things out to the whole population. I will probably deploy this tomorrow or Friday, in preparation for my presentation. Expect an email when this happens.

[svn r58] pretty sure this is the last one. minor cleanups, added docstrings, changed filenames to reflect the datatypes better.

[svn r57] added docstrings. additionally, changed around the file names, as evidently it is bas form to have a file name the same as the datatype name. some of these should probably be merged. okay, sorry about all the commit messages. if i could have it just issue one per cvs commit command, i would, but it seems to want to for every directory. oops, looking up it seems like the GSL wrappers got added somehow, too. i didn't mean to do that, as they don't really work yet.

[svn r55] CollapseTest now mostly works, and can generate restart dumps. velocity is still not set properly, but I don't care, because I don't use collapse test and the principles are there for anyone else to see how to generate a new problem. i may rewrite the cosmology initializer, if i am able to justify doing so.

[svn r50] Setting up the basics of Collapse Test. I got about halfway through before I lost momentum and decided to head out for a little while. (That's right now, actually. So I'll be heading out for a little while. In case I ddied, though, eaten by a mountain lion or some such, I wanted my changes to be included in CVS.)

[svn r49] Added preliminary support for creating new problems. Currently sort of works, in that it can be called, and it generates some fun stuff.
