Another inline bug, this time extra-silly as it was an index variable name problem.

We should always be checking if a parameter file exists in the _pf_store, even if "serialize" is set to False. Not checking is an unwanted sideeffect. Thanks to Elizabeth Tasker for this.
Matthew Turk
The shared state of the parameter file storage was getting reset each time it was initialized. This means that for in-memory-only PFS (the default) you could never unpickle an object.

Refactoring _generate_field and _generate_field_in_grids to be part of AMRData, not the subclasses. Adding a bunch of decorators for restore_grid_state anywhere that get_data_from_grid is called.

Few more fixed, removing cmdln.py

Major refactoring of the command-line parser to use argparse instead of cmdln. * Everything is now a subclass of YTCommand * Adding new commands is clearer and easier * Uses argparse, a python 2.7 library * We can use --config something=another with it * Removed all of the pasteboard * Moved a bunch of the yt source handling into yt/funcs.py * Removed pexpect.py

Beginning the consolidation of the --whatever argument parsing and moving a few important items into a startup_items.py file. Command line utilities sort of work but will not recognize or receive commands line --parallel.

Fixed a few bugs, decided to make kD-tree actually only 3D.

A few more debugging changes, and removing socket-connection code from yt and leaving it up to Rockstar

Fix block ratio to *actually* work in any circumstance, ever. Before it was completely broken. Fix a couple units issues.
Matthew Turk
Adding a "block_ratio" argument to the rockstar interface, to subdivide a given reader even further. Additionally, no more spatial decomposition: instead, now do everything non-spatially, and assume it will be properly distributed in rock star itself.
Matthew Turk
Adding rockstar into a setup.py system
Matthew Turk
Initial import of old rockstar interface

Adding an option so that if you set njobs <= 0, it sets the number of jobs equal to the number of tasks: i.e., 1:1 mapping of objects to tasks.
