System administration

The configuration of analysis modules and selection rules is done in the web-based WAD-Admin software tool.

To start analysis of incoming datasets, WAD-QC needs to have:

• Analysis Modules for the actual data analysis. See Analysis Modules for information on how to obtain and install these.
• Module Configs to specifiy the runtime parameters of the Analysis Modules. See Module Configs for information on how to obtain and install these.
• Selectors that define what data is expected and which analysis should be done. See Selectors for information on how to make Selectors.
• Data (DICOM images) in the PACS front-end. In a default installation, Orthanc is used as the PACS front-end.

Viewing results

The default reporting tool of WAD-QC is called WAD-Dashboard
