Added more details on MSBuild Extensions installation.
Fixed command line for PowerShell and gave details for compiling w/o PowerShell.

+The MSBuild Extensions zip contains 4 separate installations: 
+x86 & x64 for .NET 3.5 and 
+.NET 4.0. Install the x86 .NET 4.0 version.
 
 To compile, install the above requirements and run `MSBuild.exe` in
 the root directory of the checkout.  This will download and reference
 
 For example, using PowerShell:
