Former user created an issue 2018-06-11

A crew can ignore heavies reload time, and spam them ignoring if they are recharged or not. If you have a crew of 4 people, you can just right click all together getting a HUGE firepower

- changed title to Passengers can fire heavy lasers before cooldown is over
Potential fixes: 1. Make it so the cooldown is per-ship 2. Make it so it's power usage based instead of a hard cooldown.
