DOUBLE ISSUE.

Elevators are broken they don't work at al. and apparently i'm aloud to use world edit commands like /thru and /wand and /set in survival even when I put /wea on restricted. And NO i was not in dut-mode when I tried it. I was out of it and was still able to use it.
