Temporary "fix" for freezing during combat

As a "fix" for freezing during ship fights, make it so that logging out does not release your ship. Requires adding checks for whether a ship is piloted or not in various places etc.

[Original] When you move around a lot in cruiser SvS you often freeze, this is something that needs fixing on it's own but a temporary fix is that you make it so when you log out or crash your server npc keeps piloting your ship to keep your shields active, so when you log back in you're not instantly dead.
