DFS still bugged

Still not fixed. Decharges on log out and Decharges mid task after multple operate uses. Either make it so that you can always operate it and never loses charges after charging after purchase like in divine reality or make it so if you use the operate once it then all charges are gone and you have to recharge again like osrs.
