Black mask

Black mask isn't working correctly. It doesn't give any melee boosts; it should give 15% att & str bonus while on slayer task but it doesn't. Im hitting more with helm of neitiznot than with black mask. Slayer helm could also have this same problem. Hope you fix this, thanks!
