drop rate

I think legends have regulars drop rate since all regs get drop and legends nothing I know its about rng but i see more regs getting good loot than legends. And a lot of other players complained about this can u please look itno it i know u have other things to do but its still very weird.

just for example i can say 2 name who got vissyage under 10kc with a reg acc and i grinded 340+kill for one
