Not receiving clue scroll drops

Not sure if its a bug or not but since i died killing the boss in my last 2 clues I haven't received one and it has been probably 1000 kills since then.

i honestly have no idea what could cause this? but ill have david take a look into it see if he can get to the bottom of this.
