Ring of Wealth (i)

No clue what the bonuses are with this, and have no clue if it even works since 'operate' option does not function properly like the normal Ring of Wealth.

I obtained this today, and am hoping it works functionally.

(Doubled chance at clues from monsters in wildy, and skilling). Including normal RoW functions.
