Merged in later-registering-on-sdbus (pull request #2)

Description
When using systemd start dependencies, the early registring on sdbus is a 'false positive' in terms that the application isn't fully started when it present itself on sdbus. By this change, the publishing is delayed to when the first event processing is performed, i.e. the application is most likely fully started/initiated.
Not sure if my naming suggestions is acceptable or if I have misused variables. The solution has been tested and works as expected.
