Gravel Wand Exploit

The Gravel Wand doesn't check what blocks it replaces, hence a player in survival is able to destroy bedrock or any block using it. A config for additional blocks to blacklist would help for other modded blocks.

Also, when using the wand in survival, it takes gravel from the player's inventory like it should, but doesn't update the inventory accordingly.
