Casing Format

Many of the items in RoW don't match Vanilla Minecraft's case formating. Only the first word in item names tend to be capitalized.

For example: "Straight track" , "30 metre turn"

compared to: "Diamond Pickaxe", "End Portal Frame"

Very minor issue, but would help with consistency.
