Change prybar syncing style

Currently the prybar syncs stock if the player right-clicks on the stock with the prybar. This only works if the stock is not so far de-synced that the bounding box on the server is in the relatively same location as that on the client. If the stock is out of sync more than 3 blocks, the right-click will not register. Recommend changing prybar action to be used like a wand with a right-click syncing stock within a 32 block radius.
