Custom Weapons don't use custom Combat Techniques

When creating a custom weapon and selecting the Combat Technique to use with the weapon it is not possible to select a custom combat Technique.

This was a general problem with custom elements. They would not show up in lists with the standard elements. Now this should be the case, but it can be a problem if the custom element is removed by the player but still references from somewhere.
