Error calculating TOU

Bernhard Jung repo owner created an issue

I think that TOU is not calculated right For my character it should be 0 (-6 from Elf, (12+12+9)/6=6 from stats) but in app it's saying that my TOU is 2 think that you have an error for Elf. probably you entered that Elf TOU=-4

    The formula was wrong. Toughness was calculated base on the spirit base value from the race. I corrected this in the rules files for the German and the English rules.
