Add image to a hero

It would be great to have a way to add an image for a hero to a TDA char.

• this could be done with a file reference that is saved in the tdc file.
• the image should be shown in the char list (so image resizing/croping would highly be appreciated
• the image could be added at the “Persönliches” tab
• the image should be included in rendered PDFs

Would be easier for the user if the image would be put as base64 into the tic file if it does not make the file to large. Do you think it would be ok to resize the image always to something reasonable, to make it small enough byte wise, because people will try to use UHD images and worse?
