prerequisite check error for "Wegkenntnis" and "Wegabkürzung kennen"

"Wegkenntnis" and "Wegabkürzung kennen" require “Ortskenntnis“.

If no “Ortskenntnis“ is available it shows a warning, which makes sense but even when an “Ortskenntnis“ is added the warning still persists.

    We figured out that the prerequisite is wrong here. Wegkenntnis an Wegabkürzung kennen use a to complex implementation. They simply need to check if Ortskenntnis is there or not. Currently the prerequisite also tries to match the variants, but the Weg- advantages do not have a variant so it can’t be fulfilled.
