ruleset error for "Liturgiestile"

• “Götterwirken“ 1 & 2 both contain “Liturgiestile”
• when either of those rule books are selected the optional rule “Liturgiestile” can be enabled
• when “Götterwirken“ 1 is not select the “Liturgiestile” are not shown as special abilities

This affected all rule books and focus rules. When removing a rule book all the focus rules from the book were disabled, even when there was another selected rule book that still activated the focus rule Now TDA disables the focus rule if now other rule book activates it.
